What is Safe Harbor, and Why it Matters Now:
Federal tax law allows businesses to lock in today’s 30% Investment Tax Credit by placing qualifying equipment into service before July 4th, 2026, even if construction isn’t complete. That means acting now protects your full incentive regardless of future policy changes.
